It all started the day we had a vehicle stolen. A service truck full of tools with a trailer! – the whole caboodle. It took all of 60 seconds to steal our locked vehicle, with locked service bins, and the accompanying attached trailer, on a nice sunny day, at 2:30 in the afternoon! Alarmingly, we found out that the CHP and your local police don’t do much for you when your car is stolen > except of course, after an hour or so, come and take a report. By then the crook has it parked in some garage going through your most personal things. The authorities don’t really look for it, they happen to find it when the thieves finally leave it abandoned on some lonely street.
While our story is long… the bottom line is that we would have found the truck in 30 seconds if we would had a simple GPS tracker; preventing a loss of $10,000+ and a month of headache. While always fascinated with this technology we jumped in head first and opened trackOC in Orange County California to provide a tracking service for all.
